This work is aimed at the study and analysis of heat transport on a metal bar length L with solid-solid interface. The process assumed to be developed along one direction, across two homogeneous isotropic materials. Analytical numerical solutions are obtained under continuity conditions interface, that perfect assembly. lateral side isolated constant thermal source located left-boundary while right-end stays free allowing transfer surrounding fluid by convective process. differences between analytic solution temperature measurements any point right would indicate presence discontinuities. greater these differences, discontinuity in interface due resistances, providing measure its propagation from they could modeled as perturbations. problem interest may described parabolic equation initial, boundary conditions, where properties, conductivity diffusivity coefficients, piecewise functions. derived using Fourier methods.
